Company training

Since the effects of practicing Life Kinetik include stress reduction, increased ability to concentrate, better decision-making and improved memory, many companies want to give their employees the opportunity to practice Life Kinetik. In addition to the effects of exercise by creating new synapses, it is a much appreciated team-building activity. Everyone is doing things that are new and difficult for them which means you get to succeed and fail together, not to mention get to laugh a lot together. Our basic offer for companies is based on us coming to the company and training up to 10 people per training session/group, in your premises. The training program is 1 hour of training per week for 6 weeks and we will find a time that suits you.
