Associations and teams

The Life Kinetik training contributes to improving athletes' ability to perceive correctly in pressured and changing situations, act quickly and make good decisions. In ball sports, we often talk about game perception or the ability to "read the game". This is often considered to be innate, but you can of course develop your game perception through practice. As an example, we have trained a top scorer in the Superettan in soccer who, after only 3-4 sessions in Life Kinetik, expressed that he made faster and better decisions on the field. Our arrangement for associations and teams is based on us coming to you (and only applies in Stockholm). As our training includes direct individual feedback, we normally keep an upper limit on the number of participants of 10 people per coach, and since many teams are larger than that, we try to tailor an arrangement that suits each team.
